Casino operator reviews

Detailed operator profiles built from verifiable public information and scored only against recorded criteria.

In short

KiraBet operator reviews assess how complete, clear and checkable an operator's public information is. Each profile is scored against seven recorded criteria: licensing information, ownership transparency, terms clarity, responsible gambling tools, complaint handling, data security information and payment terms. Scores are not recommendations, are never paid for and do not indicate that an operator is lawful where you are.

What our reviews assess

Our reviews do not rate excitement, game counts or bonus size. They look at the information that matters when something goes wrong: who runs the site, who regulates it and what the rules say.

Each profile covers seven criteria:

  1. Licensing information – and whether it can be matched on the regulator's public register
  2. Ownership transparency – the legal entity, address and parent company
  3. Terms clarity – whether key conditions are easy to find and understand
  4. Responsible gambling tools – limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and links to support
  5. Complaint handling – a published procedure and any independent dispute resolution
  6. Data security information – a privacy policy naming the data controller
  7. Payment and withdrawal terms – limits, fees, timescales and verification steps stated in advance

How scores work

Each criterion is scored from 0 (not found) to 3 (clear and independently confirmed). Every score is stored with an evidence note, the source address and the date checked.

Editors cannot adjust scores for impressions or commercial reasons. Where information is missing, the criterion is shown as not assessed rather than estimated. The full method is in how we review.

What reviews are not

We do not open accounts, deposit money or gamble to produce a review, and we do not publish user testimonials.

A review is not a recommendation to gamble, and this edition of the site does not link to operators. For the legal position in the Maldives, see the proposed gambling offence in the Maldives.

Directory in progress

Operator profiles are being researched and added to the directory

Each profile is built from the operator's own published terms and from the register of the regulator that licensed it. A profile goes live only once its licence, ownership and payment information has been checked against those sources — not before. Nothing here is a recommendation, and this edition carries no operator links.

FAQ

Questions about this section

Do you test casinos by playing at them?

No. Reviews are built from information operators publish and from independent sources such as regulators' public registers. We do not open accounts, deposit or gamble, and we do not publish anecdotal experiences or testimonials, which cannot be verified. Every score is linked to recorded evidence.

What does a high score mean?

It means the operator publishes complete, clear information that could be checked against independent sources across our seven criteria. It does not mean the operator is recommended, lawful in your country or certain to treat customers fairly. It measures transparency, not quality of service.

How often are reviews updated?

Licensing status is rechecked at least every three months, and terms, tools, complaints and payment information at least every six months. Each profile shows the date it was last checked, and readers can report outdated information through our contact page.

Gambling can cause harm

No game gives a guaranteed return, and losses cannot be won back by playing more. If gambling is affecting your money, work, sleep or relationships, support is available — including free services you can contact from the Maldives.
