Requesting a correction
We welcome correction requests. To help us check quickly, please include:
- the full address of the page
- the exact statement you believe is wrong
- a source showing the correct information, ideally a regulator, government or provider document
- whether you have any connection to the company or subject concerned
Corrections are handled under our editorial policy. Material changes are noted on the page.
What we cannot help with
KiraBet is an editorial website, not a gambling operator. We do not hold accounts, process payments or have any authority over operators.
We cannot:
- resolve disputes about accounts, bonuses, winnings or withdrawals
- contact an operator on your behalf
- recover funds
- give legal or financial advice
If you have a dispute with an operator, use its published complaints procedure first. If that does not resolve it, check its terms for an independent dispute resolution service or the regulator that issued its licence.
