We tried to build a site that needs almost nothing from you. Reading it requires no account, no sign-up and no personal details.

There is no contact form on this site, and no comment section. If you write to us, you are sending an ordinary email, and it sits in our mailbox like any other.
We do not collect payment details. We do not ask readers to create accounts. We do not buy, sell or enrich reader data.

When you use the site search or the database filters, your query travels in the page address and is answered from our own content index. Search terms are not stored, not logged by the application and not sent to any third party.

We use no advertising, cross-site tracking or social media cookies. Any measurement cookie would be covered by the analytics section above, which states the current mode. Where a consent choice is offered, your answer is remembered in your own browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and is never sent to us.
Embedded content and third parties
Pages are served from our own server. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are hosted here, not fetched from a third-party network, so simply reading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Links to regulators, providers, news outlets and support organisations point to other people's websites. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy practices apply, and we have no control over or responsibility for them.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with gambling operators, advertisers or data brokers.
Running the site needs a hosting provider, and answering email needs an email provider. Those suppliers process data on our instructions in order to provide their service. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the security of the site.
Where data is held
The site runs on a single server, and everything the application stores lives in one database file on it, along with the web server's own logs. We do not operate a separate analytics warehouse or advertising platform.
How long data is kept
Retention depends on the type of data and on what the law requires:
- Server logs are kept for as long as they are useful for security and fault diagnosis, and then rotated away. They are not retained indefinitely.
- Failed sign-in records are held in memory for 15 minutes and are lost whenever the application restarts.
- Email is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can show what was asked and what we answered.
- Editor account data is kept while the account is active, and removed when it is closed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
To make a request, email editorial@kirabet.xyz. Given how little this site collects, in most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing about you beyond a server log line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request about a specific account.

This website is written for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If the site's behaviour changes, this page changes with it, and the updated date at the top changes too. The analytics section is generated from the live configuration, so it cannot fall out of step with what the site is doing.
